Cal Poly Pomona Industry Day
An annual art and design exhibition featuring the work of talented students and graduating seniors from Cal Poly Pomona's art department. Students utilized the limited space to display our branding concisely, but dynamically.
My branding was focused on displaying my curiosity with typography and print.
There are two portfolios: one in black and one in white.
The black portfolio was for the exhibition.
The business cards were lenticular printed on one side with two layered images.
I wanted my brand aesthetic to have elements of dimension and movement. My poster was a sample of this exploration. The poster features my name and some facts about myself that the viewer can read at my booth. The background of the poster is a photograph of my favorite black shirt.
The portfolio is hand-bound with a laser etched hard cover. I used a variety of papers and inserts: acetate, vellum, double-sided inkjet paper, and textured photography paper.
